The Things We Do

What is this, you may ask?  A cell of course.  Can't you see the mitochondria and lysosomes?  I mean, it's obvious the peeled apple is the nucleus, right?  

This is what mothers do with their children late at night when they want to be laying (lying?) in bed reading a book.  This is what it means to have a 13-year-old in seventh grade science who likes to do things at the last minute. (Wonder where she picked that up?)

  1. OK that's pretty gross looking, but I would love to know what's in it. I see a lot of science projects in my future- and actually, we've got some budding scientists around here already.
